The Disputes and Investigations practice focuses on assisting clients with financial, accounting, and economic issues associated with complex litigation. A sample of diverse consulting engagements include: forensic accounting and whistleblower investigations, consulting on complex forensic accounting and financial reporting matters, mergers and acquisitions due diligence and purchase price disputes, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act investigations, Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance, and litigation support.
Consultants, working as part of a project team, perform critical, value-added work that can directly impact a client’s bottom line. Responsibilities may include developing and performing financial, accounting, economic, and statistical analyses; providing detailed fact finding, research and analysis; developing computer models including detailed and complex spreadsheet analyses; assisting with data gathering activities including document review, research, and quality control of data entry activities and preparation of expert reports and exhibits; demonstrating proper documentation of analysis; and providing excellent client service.
Graduating with an undergraduate degree between December 2017 and June 2018 and are majoring in Accounting, Finance or Economics or a Masters of Accounting with an overall GPA of 3.2 or better

Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment to coordinate work
Frequently travels by airplane, train or car as necessary to perform work at another location
Regularly uses close visual acuity and operates computer equipment to prepare and analyze and transmit data
Generally works in an office environment
