The Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Coordinator has the overall responsibility for coordinating the DBT Program at Trilogy. He/she is responsible for the design, implementation, and strategic growth of the DBT Program. The DBT Coordinator will continuously monitor the quality of DBT services provided and make recommendations to the Outpatient Services/Recovery Services Program Manager to ensure continuous improvement. The DBT Coordinator will also be responsible for providing DBT and other clinical services to clients across all levels of care; and provide client-centered and trauma-informed services to clients with severe mental illness and co-occurring substance abuse/addiction disorders.

· Provide individual and group DBT services to clients across all levels of care

· Provide on-going supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring to direct reports and any staff who provides individual and group DBT services across the organization

· Develop a plan to measure clinical outcomes that includes standardized assessment tools and concrete measures of the effectiveness of the treatment approach

· Provide clinical services (psychotherapy, skill building, case management, community support, etc.) to clients in the outpatient program

· Facilitate DBT consultation meetings for staff providing DBT services ensuring mastery of skills and maximization of effectiveness with assigned clients.

· Develop and implement DBT consultation groups at other Trilogy locations to expand opportunities for staff training and access to clients

· Develop and implement a telephone coaching line for use by clients enrolled in the DBT Program. Establish parameters for telephone coaching, provide training and ongoing consultation to those staffing the telephone coaching line, and interface with teams to ensure thorough coordination of care and effective communication

· Assess appropriateness of new referrals to the DBT Program and assign them accordingly

· Create and update training resources related to the DBT Program ensuring materials are reflective of best practices

· Prepare program outcome materials and market the DBT Program to other mental health/social service providers, MCOs, hospitals, schools, etc. to generate appropriate referrals and build recognition for the program

· Perform other related duties and/or projects as assigned

· Masters’ Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling required

· Minimum two years’ experience working with people with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses

· Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, or Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts required

· National Dialectical Behavior Therapy Certification required
