What You’ll Be Doing:

The Manager of Analytics Operations will play a key role in developing and organizing how the Evolent Analytics team operates. This individual will report up to the Director of Analytics Operations and will work closely with the internal Evolent market teams, the analytics development, client analytics and actuarial teams. This unique perspective will enable the individual to be effective at creating processes and prioritizing the delivery of industry leading analytics to Evolent clients.


  • Work with Evolent analytics teams, and others as appropriate, to execute consistent processes in order to distribute leading analytics to the market

  • Work with Evolent market, and analytics teams, and the Analytics Strategy & Operations leadership to identify and define the most important analytic priorities

  • Assist with implementation and maintenance of processes for intaking, prioritizing, executing, and tracking the delivery of work for the analytics and actuarial teams

  • Assist with tracking of departmental KPIs and SLAs

  • Assist with new talent onboarding training documentation and support the Analytics team with new hire training

  • Assist with the analytics RFP language library management

  • Manage analytics team report inventory

  • Maintain the Analytics team communications tool

  • Be responsible for leading internal meetings including prepping agendas and facilitation of meetings

  • Other duties as required

The Experience You Need (Required):

  • 3 years of working directly with health care organizations

  • 3 years of operational execution responsibility

  • General understanding of health care analytics and how they inform the strategy and tactics of health care organizations

Finishing Touches (Preferred):

  • Ability to translate complex concepts into easily understand stories and tactical plans

  • Expert with Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Strong verbal and written skills are required

  • Experience with project management

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Collaborative working style with the ability to work across different organizations and personalities

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, adapt to change, work well under pressure in an entrepreneurial environment, and manage a project from start to finish

  • History of superior performance across various educational and professional settings
