As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for first point-of-contact for all customer orders and customer service related question/inquiries and handles these requests in a manner that creates customer loyalty by providing services above and beyond customer expectations. This position is also responsible for overseeing the end to end process for all customer orders to ensure customer expectations are met. You will develop and use your in-depth knowledge of company support and service, order entry and tracking, account management, etc. to pro-actively address a wide range of questions and requests in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
Qualified candidates will have strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to learn quickly and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree or degree in progress is preferred. Experience with customer and order management, promotion payments, deductions, returns/warranties preferred. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and AS 400.
