Camping World is looking for a Real Estate Paralegal.
Essential Job Functions:
Prepare real estate/transaction agreements, related legal and organizational documents
Coordinate transaction closings and conveyance documents including preparation of internal notifications
Preliminary property investigation, fact finding and information gathering;
Aid with construction project management and abstracts of acquired property for database
Conduct substantive review of title, survey and all aspects of due diligence associated with commercial real estate acquisitions and development
Engage in other legal and administrative projects as assigned
Essential Job Skills:
Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate required
3 - 5 years of commercial real estate experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to read and interpret legal documents
Ability to communicate, orally and in writing, with individuals at all levels of company and with outside law firms, regulatory agencies
Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships, including but not limited maintaining strict confidentiality and appropriate judgment and discretion in handling highly sensitive and confidential matters
Superior organizational skills
