We are seeking an experienced candidate with at least 2 years hands on experience. The candidate must have also have I3 Agent, Station, & Workgroup builds; Table and attendant scripting; Help end users troubleshoot I3 and Call Center Manager experience. Looking for someone that is energetic and willing to assist with activities outside of CUCM.

Must have Cisco Unified Call Center Manager ( CUCM) hands on experience to:

  • Setup and apply work groups

  • Add new users

  • Delete users

  • Setup call routes

  • Handle licensing adds/deletes.

Will work 9 hours (1-hour lunch) between the hours of 7:30am and 6:00pm
