We are seeking a Software Development Manager to lead a global development team as we our internationalize our portfolio management, regulatory compliance, performance reporting, and automated trade order management and pre-trade compliance system. This individual will manage all aspects of the product’s software development in an agile environment. While leading a team of up to 20 geographically distributed (US and India) developers to deliver the solutions, this individual will also be responsible for the professional development and growth of the team. With responsibilities to establish and drive the Technology Roadmap in coordination with the Business Roadmap and client funded activities, this individual must be able to drive compliance with best practices in developing secure, scalable, high performing, and high quality software solutions. The individual will be responsible to submit, track, and manage staff, operational, and capital budgets for the development organization. As the leader in the technology team, responsibilities include both client facing meetings and presentations at conferences. A demonstrated commitment to quality and project success is required. Software development in .NET is essential with a solid grasp of relational databases.
