Are you detail-oriented digital marketer who follows industry trends and uses data to optimize global campaigns? We're looking for an outstanding Supply Chain and Sustainability (SCS) Digital Marketing Specialist with experience engaging customers through display/banner advertising and email marketing, as well as a passion to use data and analytics to optimize performance across the Information & Insights and Environment businesses.



This position requires someone with both strategic and tactical expertise in utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC, overseeing the digital marketing activity for the business. You will help improve and expand the email and banner advertising programs and keep the team abreast of industry best practices. The role will involve coordinating a variety of digital programs across paid media. The Digital Marketing Specialist will report to the Global Marketing Manager and will be expected to analyze, manage and grow our online lead generation, tightly linking program strategy and efforts to sales results.

Responsibilities:

n Key responsibilities: n

+ Develop, execute, manage and document a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, drive engagement and generate qualified leads

n

+ Creation of ongoing content plans as per agreed brand strategy


n

n

+ Paid search, SEO and PPC (AdWords, Bing, LinkedIn) management

n

+ Segmenting customer groups, creating and analyzing email campaigns

n

+ Compiling regular measurement reports and business presentations showing close tracking results, including, but, not limited to:

n

+ Cost per click (not to exceed a maximum amount set by business by channel)

n

+ Conversion (both % and cost per conversion)

n

+ SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads)

n

+ Opportunities (with dollar value)

n

+ Acquisitions


n

+ Manage digital media performance and technical functionality and provide actionable insights to optimize results

n

+ Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

n

+ Lead product test plans (A/B and Multivariate) to improve media product performance

Qualifications:

n

n

n

+ Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a marketing field

n

+ 3 - 5 years of experience with digital B2B marketing

n

+ Advanced Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools experience required.

n

+ WordPress Development and Salesforce CRM experience

n

+ Demonstrated proficiency in online marketing

n

+ Ability to multi-task, prioritize and perform a variety of concurrent tasks with minimal direction.

n

+ Interest and passion for strategy and analytics

n

+ Ability to manage/work with multiple vendors, partners & stakeholders

n

+ Strong project management skills

n

+ Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects and workstreams

n

+ Ability to analyze data, draw insights and make strategic recommendations.
