CVS Health Pharma Reporting Consultant in Northbrook, Illinois

Position Summary:

The Pharma Reporting Consultant will have the ability to implement pharmacy technology as it relates to post production reporting needs and issue resolution.

-Analyze, interpret, understand, and/or triage complex data and reporting requests

-Execute and conduct reporting and data issue resolution and root cause analysis of contractual data/reporting commitments

-Recommend, design, develop and oversea execution of operational decision and infrastructure support tools including dashboards, reports, and templates including short/long term data and reporting fixes

-Write up project request forms and ensure capital asks are made for long term reporting corrections and enhancements

-Partner and engage with internal and external stakeholders to obtain a true understanding of the data/reporting needs by using a consultative approach when providing recommendations and solutions to drive successful outcomes for the business

-Other responsibilities that may arise related to servicing data requests for our Pharma clients

Required Qualifications:

-2+ years of SQL experience or other relative programming experience

-1+ years experience working in a professional services environment with clients/stakeholders including:

· Project/Incident Management

· Report Design and Development

· Reconciliation and Root cause analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

-1+ years experience working in a client facing role

-Understanding of Healthcare


High School Diploma or GED required

Bachelors Degree with concentration in Information Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Analytics or other programming and data related fields of study preferred
