The Associate Product Manager at Balihoo plays an important role in the growth and development of our product offerings. You will partner closely with our engineering team to ensure that the Balihoo software meets the needs of customers and stakeholders. You will develop clear, concise product requirements by listening carefully to our users. You will own software development efforts from inception to rollout and beyond.

Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes, flow diagrams, and similar artifacts to support Agile software development.
Manage a prioritized backlog of pending development work.
Understand the needs of users and serve as a user advocate. Meet with users and clients as necessary.
Manage ad-hoc projects. Keep stakeholders informed of project status – risks to the schedule, and so on.
Work with partners – outside companies that provide offerings jointly with Balihoo.
Conduct and manage user acceptance testing. File bug tickets as necessary.
Develop training materials and conduct training as needed.
1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Quality Assurance Specialist, Product Manager, Technical Writer, or similar role.
Excellent written communication skills. Ability to write clear, concise user stories. Please be able to provide a writing sample.
Experience interacting with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Capacity to break down complex technical topics into clear, digestible information.
Experience with Jira or a similar tool.
