KPMG is currently seeking a Manager in People & Change for ourpractice.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead ServiceNow HRSD projects involving strategy, implementation support, and Oracle optimization related to information technology operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for the applications

  • Work with client stakeholders to document baseline current state HR Service Delivery operations

  • Lead the day-to-day activities of ServiceNow HRSD advisory engagements for a variety of clients including process design, implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews

  • Review business processes and advise clients on system services available within the ServiceNow HRSD application

  • Identify and communicate findings to senior management and client personnel

  • Implementation plans for deploying the HR Service Delivery product

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years of experience with ServiceNow or other Case Management, Knowledge Management Applications

  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university

  • Full life cycle HR Transformation and Service delivery implementation experience with large complex client delivery

  • Lead Project Planning, requirements gathering, design sessions and full deployment life cycle

  • Detailed understanding of HR function, processes, and best practices

  • Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication quality level

  • Ability to travel up to eighty percent
