The Sr/Associate Marketing Manager are key leaders to drive growth for our company. You will turn product ideas into iconic brands that will fill true consumer needs. Your responsibilities will span across portfolio and brand development, product development, packaging, and consume communication plans. You will build plans to deliver on longer term financial goals and to bring new products into existence and the brand to life for consumers. This position is best suited for someone with a strong bias for action and excellent communication skills who is comfortable working both horizontally and vertically within the organization to keep multiple projects and priorities moving forward to achieve agreed upon deadlines.
Develop a deep understanding of the consumer and leverage consumer insights to drive brand strategy and innovation – be a champion and voice of the consumer within the organization
Lead the Innovation and New Product Development process
Lead strategy and execution of new products
Develop pipeline of products that will generate growth.
Build and validate new product bundles from concept to fully developed product including management of the capital request process
Rapidly commercialize new items with cross functional team members by collaborating with R&D, Manufacturing, Sales and Finance
Create breakthrough communications that will build brand equity and drive long-term growth for the business
Lead internal / external partners for package design / graphics / branding of new products
Execute relevant marketing research to gain consumer insights and learning
Lead internal NPD Stage gate process.
Skills and Qualifications :
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Marketing preferred).MBA or MA in Social Science preferred with a concentration in, marketing, or quantitative analysis
2 – 3 Years of CPG related experience in Marketing or Innovation role .
Sharp quantitative & critical thinking skills
