You are responsible for researching software enhancement requests / roadmap initiatives and creating functional requirement documentation and user stories for the design of new feature functionality. You are the voice of the business, voice of the client and voice of the industry requirements. A key part of your role will rely upon your ability to engage with new and existing clients to deeply understand their business needs.You will be a key player working with the scrum teams during the development process. In addition, you will serve as a liaison between other internal stakeholders, including support, sales, marketing, and implementations to manage and drive to successful productization of the feature(s). Experience in working within an agile environment with offshore teams is preferred.*Responsibilities*Performs analysis of new business requirements and translate these ideas into product-specific designs/ detailed requirement definitions and use cases.
