As our Senior Administrative Assistant, you'll support the Central Retail Territory Director. You will perform a wide range of administrative duties, including preparing correspondence; producing, editing, and reformatting documents; preparing expense reports and purchase orders; updating organizational charts; coordinating department or equipment moves; ordering and maintaining office supplies; handle incoming/outgoing mail. You will coordinate a full range of meeting, event, and international travel arrangements; and manage multiple calendars. You will work with internal/external contacts for venue requirements and selection, room set-up, catering, and materials delivery; utilizes Nike's on-line reservation system to ensure that Nike travel policy is followed in order to provide cost-effective and convenient travel arrangements. You will work with travel agents, airlines, and others regarding planning and customer service issues; prepares special reports requiring the selection of relevant information from a variety of sources and powerpoint presentations.


  • High School diploma or GED

  • 3 years of progressively responsible experience in an administrative support capacity

  • Advanced-level knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency

  • Experience creating high-quality presentations and complex reports is strongly preferred

  • Previous experience working with budgets is preferred

  • Experience supporting a large, diverse, dynamic, high energy group is preferred
