Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Special Order Coordinator to assist with the growth of existing portfolios, including investigating and resolving issues and efficiently and effectively managing multiple priorities. This position provides sales support through activities such as preparation for requests for proposals, presentations, tradeshows, and photo shoots. A Special Order Coordinator conducts business relations with customers in accordance with established policies and processes, and is responsible for helping to achieve department goals and performance management including: assisting with projects to increase sales over prior fiscal year and improve profitability; increase customer satisfaction; conduct database maintenance and audits; provide feedback toward quality/continuous process improvement; and develop and/or work reports (internal and external).

Skills/Qualifications

Required

  • High School diploma/GED

  • Knowledgeable in computer applications and/or systems including: Corporate Email System (including calendar management), Internet/Intranet, MS Excel and MS Word; prefer MS PowerPoint

  • Minimum 2 years business experience; prefer experience in sales environment

  • Ability to travel 10% of the time including overnight

  • Prior experience in rapport building with internal and external customers, probe for customer requirements, and present solutions

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree

Education
