KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our Advisory Resource Management organization.
Assist with managing internal staffing requirements while working closely with the Advisory engagement leaders and teams
Develop and implement staffing allocation strategies to ensure maximum utilization and profitability for Advisory engagements
Maintain an understanding of Advisory terms and concepts to align proper employee skill sets to engagement staffing requirements
Utilize Resource Management systems to generate analysis and reporting of key staffing data including headcount, utilization, attrition and engagement leveraging
Work with Advisory professionals to understand career aspirations and to align those desires with career development opportunities
Proactively support practice leaders to develop action steps for producing optimal business results based on client expectations
Minimum of three years of resource management, recruiting, Finance/ Accounting background or client service delivery experience preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, v-lookups, and complex formulas
Detail-oriented individual possessing strong analytical and diagnostic skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
