The Business Process Manager will lead process team in improvement projects through definition, measurement, analysis, improvement and control phases, interacting with leaders, managers and staff to achieve processes improvements.. These plans and actions are to be supported by detailed analysis and background data including feedback from key stakeholders and leadership. This position has to engage and work closely with multiple business areas and provide support in a collaborative manner whereas all parties understand and endorse the initiatives and the expected results.
Bachelors degree OR 8 years’ experience implementing process improvement and actively lead policy and procedure team in key projects identified.
Health insurance industry experience and/or consulting experience5 -7 years’ experience leading/managing teams
Ability to navigate large organization and build relationships to identify and develop key policy impacting the business areas
Teamwork and interpersonal skills, including ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with staff, peers, and management
Team leader who can energize multi-discipline work teams to learn and apply new skills/techniques to respond to business needs.
Identify, plan and implement key projects to improve quality, reduce cost, increase productivity and improve cycle time; resulting in significant business improvement and customer satisfaction while achieving a cost reduction
Develop and coordinate the performance excellence / performance improvement vision and deployment planning as defined by the executive leadership.
Liaison with legal division and other business areas of the organization in assessing, tracking and reporting the benefits of a performance excellence.
