This job was posted by : For more information, please see: Duties: nn n* Willingness to accept the most effective role. n* Responsible for the promotion of a safe and professional workplace through adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Great Wolf Resorts handbook. n* To ensure stock is removed from receiving dock and deliver to stockroom on day of arrival and that no stock is left for any overnight period. n* Pull packing slip for each shipment and count product. n* Print purchase order and note what was received then turn in accurate receiving paperwork. n* Contact vendor with problems on shipment/keep trail of communication. n* To ensure all internal and external ticketing is complete. n* Cleanliness of following areas: Retail storerooms, work space area, vacuum & floors washed as required. Brings out cardboard, garbage & recycling daily. Break down all boxes for disposal. n* Review damages and determine what should be marked out of stock. n* List all product to be marked out of stock on damage form. n* Determine that all product in stockroom has been redlines. n* Prepare stockroom for inventory. n* Pre-count specific product for inventory. n* Prepare shop for inventory. n* Prepare zone map, zone tags and hang zone tags for inventory. n* Interface with accounting and auditors during outside audited inventory. n* Participates fully in Project Green Wolf, our company-wide environmental sustainability initiative, which includes, but is not limited to, recycling, waste reduction, and energy and water conservation. nnnn nnQUALIFICATIONS: nn n* Basic math skills and computer skills. n* Excellent multi-tasking skills.
