Responsible for performing Lubrication Services for all Beverage Manufacturing Equipment.
People or Process Management Responsibility: None
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Lubrication of all types of machinery, use of low and high volume lubrication devices, developing lubrication maps, and Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Preventive Maintenance (PM) Documents.
Use of oil filtration systems to include flushing and replenishment. Inspects and maintains oil levels in all machinery to meet Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications.
Takes oil samples and conduct analysis, changes oil in all machinery to meet OEM specifications, visually inspects machinery for defects and wear, generates work orders and requisitions.
Coordination with maintenance and production planning for service availability.
Involvement with Break Down Analysis (BDA), conducts Seven - Step problem solving exercises, has the ability to learn how to use computers, participates in on-going training as a requirement of the position.
Duties assigned to this position may be varied from time to time where required for effective manufacturing plant operations.
Required Skills and Experience:
High school diploma or GED required.
One year of manufacturing maintenance technical service.
Prior diagnostic troubleshooting experience to include basic cause and effect training.
Basic computer skills.
Must pass post-offer background check and drug test
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Lubrication technologies certification highly desired.
Previous manufacturing equipment repair and maintenance experience.
Prior experience with chemical handling and storage methods.
Experience with Computer Maintenance Management System/Management Data Systems.
Demonstrated organizational skills.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Ability to handle exposure to all temperature changes, high noise levels, and safely working around moving equipment.
